Initially I was disappointed that my order couldn\'t ship right away and had to be put on backorder, but Greg Hummel in the customer service department responded to my inquiries right away to reassure me that the order was coming and made sure I was notified as soon as it did ship. It arrived right when he said it would. Thank you.

This was the most frustrating online purchase that I have EVER made! I purchased over $300 in cookware, and it never came (but the BILL sure did!). I called the company to ask them where my items were, and they simply said that they didn\'t carry those items (and had not carried them for over 6 months!!--though they were still on their website and inventory) He proceeded to give me the website of Amazon.com, who had the item in stock. This was a HUGE inconvenience for me, as I had to pay an ...

The items were exactly as described and it shipped unbelievably fast. It was packed well and the items (ceramic crocks) were totally intact when they arrived. I\'m very pleased with this company and I will order from them in the future.
