Website was easy to navigate. Order was accurate at good price. Shipping a bit slow.....about 11 calendar days. 3 days between order announced as "shipped" versus when FedEx received the package.?. All else good.

Ordered two Neogenix products (Cryoshock and Bodyforge) for a very good price. After I opened up the package, I found that both containers were either out-dated or very poorly stored. I think it is the latter because the product was dehydrated and everything was clumped together. Cheap prices, but very poor quality for my first time buying through them. I don\'t think i\'ll return my business here.

I had great service with an expedited delivery way in advance of the anticipated delivery date. The product was exactly what I wanted. The only flaw I found in trying to order on-line was what almost appeared to be a potential identity theft: My personal information was deemed inaccurate for acceptance. The initial imput was accurate but the time it took to review and straighten that out was a long enough period to have the information stolen. It just didn\'t seem right according to my ...

Vitamaker offers great-priced products. You can really save a lot but you must be willing to wait longer for the delivery of your items.

I shopped around and even sites that advertised better prices and shipping options failed to live up to their claims. I checked about 12 different places and after totaling everything up in the shopping carts; VitaMaker came out on top every time. I will definitely start using this site alot more. I rated the Customer Services as a 5, but I never had to use them so I don\'t know.

Can\'t find this product in local stores any more so I was thrilled to find it online at such a great price. Shipping took longer than I expected, though, considering the company is located only about 100 miles from me.

WARNING! Scam artist alert! They sent a package (content likely just a filler) to a completely incorrect address knowing that USPS will not update to a correct address once sent out. So it all looks like they are doing things legally but in reality they\'re not. When I would email them with my concerns about me never receiving my purchase, they were EXTREMELY rude and COMPLETELY incoherent. Not a single sentence made sense ... and they told me two different addresses that they sent it to. BOTH ...
