their website does NOT disclose that their seatbelts do not work on Lexus model cars. I purchased a belt for a Lexus, but called before I purchased to ask if the belt did not work for any reason, would they refund and they said YES. The seat belt cannot be installed in a Lexus, and because my installer tried to put it in and used one part to screw into the car, they said the belt could not be returned for refund, and they resent the belt back to me. Item is missrepresented, it says it is a certain length, but that include the second piece. It was too short by 12 inches. Return policy is that if it has been mounted, it cannot be returned. Only way to tell if it is the right length is to mount it, so I am stuck with it, I call and was told thats the way it is. Also is a restocking fee on top of that and must pay the return shipping, so the customer is out no matter what. Poor description, poor return policy. No way to tell untill ...

Seriously? No inventory management system? And thanks for the email to let me know you didn\'t have the product in stock. To put it in simpler terms, i purchased a product that was listed for sale on the site. the product was no longer in stock, and i did indeed get my refund in a timely manner. However, i didn\'t get a single email to let me know that the product would be out of stock or when it would be in stock.

This product was made in the USA and superior in look and finish compared to similarly priced competitors. The web site has excellent information to help with making the correct choice and installation. Configuration choices were simple to make and well explained. Very happy with my purchase and will be buying additional belts for several classic cars.

Absolutely the best customer service. Their prices are unbeatableon some of the highest quality products I\'ve seen. The seatbelt I purchased rival OEM in their look and operation. I upgraded my 1960 Chevy pickup to three point retractable belts and the look is excellent. Looks as if Chevy intended them to be there.
