Order information about download link was a little bit confusing for me, because the order confirmation button with title "download" did not really download but did something else. But one email to customer service, who answered within a few hours, clarified things and everything was OK. That I did not understand the procedure was possibly my fault. Conclusion: great place to shop, great prices, very reliable and helpful info line.

I purchased a license for Kasperskey. The key I was sent by the Purplus turned out to be "blocked" by Kasperskey. I was issued a new key by Purplus within a couple of days and have been able to register the product successfully.

don\'t really know about customer service because i did have to use it. They delivered right away for a competitive price so I\'m very happy.

Purplus has a great selection of software for extremely low prices - the software arrives without the box or manual - which means less trash to throw away! I will always look to Purplus first for my software needs.
