I placed my order on 11/05, today is 11/19 and I still haven\'t received my order. I have emailed the company 5 times and have received no response. I can\'t believe that a business would completely ignore their customers emails. Talk about false advertisement!

Good web site & product was exactly as advertised. Ordered on a Friday and product was shipped as of late Monday afternoon. Was given tracking number and used it. Price was good & was the same as other sites. Would use them again.

Good Job! Please continue to sell 8 x 16 x 1 furnace filters no one else does and our furnace is an old one and we cannot afford to replace it. Not on our income.

Overall I was very pleased with Schill's, LLC's on-line store. The picture of my product was the wrong picture and that actually made go to another site to order. When the other site was unable to fulfill the order within a month! I came back to Schill's who had a better price on the product and cheaper shipping options. Overall I saved just over $11 by purchasing through Schill's. When I inquired about when my product would ship, I did get an e-mail with some tracking information. I was ...
