Short Story: Placed order on 10/12 and received (incomplete) on 10/29. Until this order, I had been a satisfied repeat customer for 4+ years -- my orders were always processed quickly and I received them within a couple days of shipping. After the multiple issues experienced this time, however, I will NEVER EVER order from shavethis.com again. Problems from start to finish and I am disappointed with their overall indifference, along with the lack of attention and follow-up my order received. Simply put, they didn\'t appear to care about retaining the business of a longtime customer. Long Story: When my order had not arrived after 5-6 days, I e-mailed shavethis.com (10/17) and found out one item (Mach 3 12-Ct. cartridges) had been out of stock (even though the website status said they were in stock when I ordered); was informed my order would be shipping "complete" on 10/19. By 10/24, it still had not arrived. Upon my inquiry, shavethis.com provided the tracking number and suggested I check with my local Post Office; shavethis.com didn\'t seem to have first checked it themselves, as the tracking status showed that the electronic shipping info was received by USPS on 10/16. On 10/25 I e-mailed shavethis.com to kindly ask if it was possible that the package was not actually mailed; this e-mail went unanswered. I followed up again via e-mail on 10/27 and indicated that I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company, because the tracking status showed only a shipping label had been generated and the package had not been given to USPS. On 10/28 the tracking status indicated that the package was at their USPS sorting facility the p.m. of 10/27 -- over 2 weeks after the order was placed & paid for. Would not have ordered if I had known it would take so long. Received response on 10/28; no explanation for what happened, but they did apologize for the delays (again) and promised a small credit. When I finally received my order on 10/29, it was incomplete! I had ordered 3 of the Mach 3 12-Ct. cartridges and only received 2. I e-mailed shavethis.com that afternoon and requested a credit for the missing item. This e-mail also went unanswered. I followed up on 11/2 asking them to please respond that day; they replied quickly and said that the credit had been issued. They apologized again for the delays, but I really don\'t believe it -- and no mention whatsoever of the item quantity error. The promised "order delays" credit has yet to be seen. I followed up on it on 11/3 and they said "we have issued the $10.00 credit we promised. It should appear on your statement within 36 hours." Still nothing on 11/9, so I sent a follow-up e-mail and never received a response. What business promises a credit, then doesn\'t follow through, and the customer has to ask about it -- twice!? This is how my overall experience went; send 2 e-mails to get a response. I placed this order 32 days ago today and still have not received the credit they promised. Shavethis.com has lost my business and I do not recommend them. ...

I have ordered Prilosec four times from Shavethis.com. Each time, I have been extremely satisfied with the ease of the purchase, the quick delivery and the great price (lowest price on the internet). I ordered my test strips on Sunday and received them on Wednesday. I found their price to be better than where I was buying them. I am very satisfied and will continue to buy from them. One thing they could change for us apartment dwellers is the way they package their product. The box it shipped in didn\'t fit in the little mail box we have.

I purchased the Flicker razor. It is my favorite brand and I can no longer find it in stores. I was very pleased with the price, the ease of purchase, and the quick delivery. I will make this purchase again.

Overall service was OK. Customer Service was so-so. The person I spoke to wasn\'t rude, but wasn\'t friendly, either. I ordered a Gilette TRAC II razor handle, made of plastic, so the product isn\'t as effective as it could be with a sturdier handle. The cost was $9.99,which was overpriced for the quality of the product. None of the merchants I searched were competitive in price--they all charged $9.99; this was troubling. pk

I have been doing business with Shavethis for years and I can forthrightly say as an informed shopper that the site offers good products (in my case hard to get) at competitive prices and provides error-free, expeditious service.
