Placed order online on 10/13/08. Emailed 10/22/08 inquire about status, NO response. Received email 10/24/08 that order was shipped. Received order on 10/29/08. Wrong size sent. I'm never ordering from here again!

They showed what I ordered as in stock and it was not. They could not get it for me. They did offer to substitute another product, but I never got a reply email from them after I replied. Kind of a sketchy deal if you ask me...

I placed an order with them a full month ago which was to ship 2nd day air. I have not received the order, the company will not respond to my communications and they have not credited my account for the amount -- they still have my money, I have received nothing from them. Whatever you do, donʻt order from them.

Ordered merchandise 2 weeks ago, but status of my order has not changed. No phone # to contact and emails go unreturned and no return receipt of email. Customer service? Customer NO service.
