I needed a part asap. They were able to get it shipped even though it was late in the day on a Friday. I received it the next morning. They were also willing to work with me if I wanted to drive in and pick it up, giving me their cell number to meet one of the employees on their day off. They will be my first choice when purchasing hardware for my servers.

I ordered a print server for an HP Laser printer. It was easy to maneuver around their website. Ordered the part within a few minutes. The part was delivered within a couple days. No problems with the part at all and is functioning perfectly. Overall I liked this merchant and had zero issues with them or their products.

First the price was right. Then it was shipped overnight, which was a nice surprise. When I received it, it was much better than I expected, with a very low page count - practically new. It was also very VERY well packaged. I feel like I got a very good deal and this seller was very easy to do business with.

Our company bought three laptop keyboards to replace some we were repairing. The overall experience was pleasant although I feel the price could have been a little better. However, we needed the keyboards immediately and we did get fast service and had the keyboards within a day or two. Cant really complain about that and for this one time I was willing to pay more just to get them here on time. The parts were all as described, used, but in good condition.
