The Targus item I purchased had no description of what operating systems it would work on - and definitely avoided those that it would NOT work on. The minimal description said it was "OEM", which would normally indicate that it comes in the manufacturer\'s packaging. Nope. The Targus item had been put into a plastic sleeve and re-sealed with only the manual, which said there was supposed to be a CD with the drivers on it - but there was no CD. I had a positive shopping experience with DealSuprise.com. The item was shipped the same day that I ordered it and I received it within a few days. The item is exactly as advertised. Communication from the seller was excellent, confirming my order and letting me know it was shipped, and when my debit card was charged, I am very satisfied and would buy from this seller again.

The ship charges were not the best, but they have to make some money some how, and the overall price of the product plus s/h still came to much cheaper than a retail store, so no complaints there. The item arrived quite fast and the product arrived as offered. Thank you.

Purchased 2 of the same items and one was defective. Had to pay to send item back to seller for replacement, so it added a few dollars to my purchase and erased any savings from a different retailer.

The price was incredible, the packaging and shipping speed was even better. The automatic order process and summary emails were fast and had all the information I wanted. DealSurprise.com is definately on my shopping short-list.
