Think twice when buying from this company. It takes 7 days to receive some coffee because I chose not to pay the higher cost of shipping. You are better off buying the coffee yourself and mailing it. Customer service was also rude but I guess it wasn't their Mother's Birthday Gift we were speaking of. Very unhappy in Florida.

My order was cancelled due to a technical error, and I never receive a notice. When I called to follow up on the delivery of my order, the customer service representative said it is not her responsibility to notify me that my order was cancelled. All she could tell me is the reason it was cancelled. She went on to say that she was sure they sent me a message, but that it probably went to my junk mail box. I highly doubt that being that I monitor my junk box for that same reason. ...

I felt the basket taking 8 days ground to deliver is a little excessive considering it was gift. I am disappointed but understand there is no changing the delivery date considering I did not pay to expedite it, but come on 8 days. I just will not busy from this company again, nor recommend them.
