The product I purchased I had hoped would of been much larger in scale and had a zip top verses a sinch top. The zip pocket on the outside barely holds a full size folder. Would be much nicer in a larger size.

I received my purchase in a very timely manner. However, one wheel was missing along with instruction on how to assemble the product. I contacted Customer Service who responded and sent out the wheel(2). One complication, the requested missing part was sent to the wrong state anfd the wrong address. I may have been a little unfair Rating the Price because it was the best price I could find for this item, however, I had already purchased a similar item earlier and had decided it wasn\'t what I wanted. As it turns out the first item which was lower in price (1/2) turns out to perform as well and I prefer it over the one I purchased (Hanna). We are thrilled with our QuietCool fans. Today, June 23, is only the 2nd day this summer that we have turned on our air conditioning. Once because it was hot and stormy so we couldn\'t have windows open; and today because it is approaching 90. My guess is that we will only have to turn on our air above 88 or so. We especially love the system at night since we can close our bedroom doors (3 bedroom house) and still run a whole house fan system. It really blows the hot air out of the attic and ...

Other than there only being one method of shipment, the overall experience was excellent. The merchant had the exact product I was looking for, at a reasonable price. The product is a quiet cool qc-2250 house fan as well as a two switch timer. There were several options on the website along with easy to understand descriptions and even a couple of videos on the system. The system worked perfectly as advertised. My installers were pleased with the ease of installation. This unit was installed in the hallway of our three story home.
