Bright and Fun Toys had an excellent selection and price for their inflatables. I had a hard time deciding, but eventually purchased the one with the slide. It arrived so quickly and I\'m having a hard time waiting until Christmas. I cannot wait to see my year old jump around. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Thanks.

Good service overall. Item was shipped immediately after payment was sent however, got lost on the mail because the label came off.

Great fast service. Really no communication between customer and store. That is why I rated customer service as a 3. The little basketball that came with the product was damaged. Would like company to send new one. But not known how to get that part resolved. Its not a huge issue, other balls will work. Just a matter of desire by the wife..

This is my second purchase and I have a problem with the product. I have email and left message concerning my product was defective (some pieces unable to connect properly), however no one have return my call nor reply my email. I WILL NOT buy from them again and will not recommend anyone. I will try to have my credit card dispute the charges if their customer service continues disregarding my messages.
