My file dolly arrived with one broken wheel. Brands Place contacted the vendor quickly, but the questions relayed from the vendor were pretty stupid and it would have served the purpose better if Brands Place had stepped in and done a little translating. It did all get taken care of, though.

Had an excellent experience. The Web site should list the meaning of the delivery options. I had to call to find out what they meant and the person on the line was very helpful.

This company is a fraud. Buyer Beware. I will contacting the Better Buisness Bureau, as well as posting this note all over the internet.

Be very aware of the shipping company BRANDSPlace.com uses to ship your items. My shipment came and looked like gorillas handled it. It was so badly damaged, I refused my shipment and have yet to hear anything from BrandsPlace. My next call is to American Express to lodge a complaint. I guess it just goes to show you.... You pay peanuts, you get monkeys!

I bought a giant cat tower for $200, a solid $50 less than the best price found anywhere else (Amazon.com) and $200 less than any pet store. Ordering was easy, and the only complaint I have is that I didn\'t know how long it would take to actually leave whichever warehouse or store it was at and begin being shipped. I called BrandsPlace 2 weeks later to find out when it would ship, and not only was the phone answered promptly but the man who spoke with me was unfailingly polite. He couldn\'t ...
