I was very satistfied with what i order, the price was resonable for what i needed, got everything i needed for about the price i wanted to spend. I may go back to purchase more of what i need. The delviery was quicker than i thought it would be. It came a bit at a time but i received it all with in a week and what i needed the most came first. This is a good place to order itmes you may need.

I was impressed by how fast they have shipped my Portal Pro chair. It arrived faster compared to my classmates who ordered directly from oakworks and from other online stores. I will definitely order from them again and will surely recommend them to everyone I know.

My only suggestion to Massage-Tools.com would be to clearly state when an item is a special order and that it will take extra time. One item that was ordered arrived 2 business later.Awesome. But I kept wondering when the bolster would arrive and when I finally called to inquire, I did receive an email later the same day giving me an update.Email was clear and helpful. Customer service was very good.
