I would totally recommend purchasing merchandise from this merchant. The item I ordered came and it was damaged. I called customer service at lil-tots and they promptly sent me a replacement for the damaged merchandise. They were very curtious and professional.

Once I placed my order, I would have liked to have known alittle more about where it was in the process. Several companies send an email with a tracking # so if there was a problem, I would know where to start. Otherwise, they delivered the item to a different address and it arrived in time for a shower which was great.

This was the first time Ive order from this merchant and I was very pleased. The item was high quality and exactly as pictured in the website. The price was better than I found on any other website and it was delivered VERY quickly. I would definitely recommend this merchant.

They called to ask a question (they only had 2 of 3 items in stock due to a discontinuation). I was impressed that they left a sensible message on my machine (not a mysterious or inconvenient please call us). They were reliable and shipped on time, for a reasonable price.
