I ordered a chrome double tube front bumper for my 97 Jeep Wrangler. They were the cheapest of anywhere I looked online including eBay. Customer service was very fast responding to my questions via e-mail. My only issue was with FedEx I missed them the first day of delivery, so I waited all day the next day and they never came. Eventually I got it sorted out and the bumper looks great, exactly as described. I would definitely buy from them again. Thanks Collins Brothers.

Collins Brothers is my preferred place to purchase things for my 1991 Jeep Wrangler. The customer service is right on and I can't imagine online ordering with any other jeep establishment. Their website is easy to maneuver and I LOVE looking at their photos of jeeps they have or have worked on. They have anything and everything you can imagine available!!!

Item was much cheaper priced than that of comparable items. At as much as 50% off. Shipping was very prompt and the transaction seems reliable and relatively easy. Would do business with again.

Well, the first time I received the wrong parts....I called and they were very responsive. The guy on the other end looked at the order and said "oops my bad". They sent the other part and a return UPS tag. The new order arrived in 3 days. I had to call back because the wrong instructions were in the package (I ordered Black Mountain Jeep side rails). Got to talk to real live people who seemed as concerned as I was. After all was said and done...the parts were installed and look great adn ...

NO communication from the Collins after the initial purchase. I didnt even know it had shipped until it arrived at the door yesterday. Even through I requested (and paid for) USPS (postal service) priority delivery, the part came by UPS and took a week to arrive. I specifically *dont* use UPS because of delivery issues Ive had with them in the past. The part itself was fine, standard mopar item. Too much aggrivation for a $25 part, Ill just go to the dealer next time.

The floor mats I purchased are attractive and of nice quality. The package came fairly quickly. The only thing I would like to see is an email order confirmation, and a confirmation that the item was sent. This is a minor point since I did get everything on time and I was able to print my order as soon as I made it, but it is just reassuring when you do business with a company over the internet for the first time to get those emails. - Barbara
