Customer service is truly excellent and I can\'t enough positive things about the telephone contact I\'ve had. Due to our poor economic state, we find the pricing on the higher side which has reduced our purchase frequency to about half to a third of what we normally be ordering. Again, a truly great online store! Bill

The order and delivery went well. However, prior to making the order I asked whether they had a certain flavor on three separate occasions-three separate emails. I never received an answer despite the fact that I reminded them that I was waiting for an answer in my second email. I finally went ahead with an order, but never got any answer as to whether the flavor I wanted was on back order or not.

What a TERRIFIC company!! GREAT PRODUCTS and CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is so delightful to receive these products, specially the chocolate covered cherries. My non-diabetic friends don\'t know they are eating sugar-free candies and they love them, too.

I\'ve called this company in the past & have received super customer service. However this last time I called to ask about a particular candy they sold I felt the representative was stressed or in a hurry. I didn\'t feel like the rep was that interested in helping me or that he might have been multitasking at the same time. I didn\'t have his undivided attention. Hard candy and Licorice arrived nicely, but Chocolate covered caramel and peanuts didn\'t do well in the hot weather. All the chocolate ran off.

Litlle pricy. Shipping costs really high for what was being ordered. Nothing wrong with the products. Would like to see a line of sugar free icing that is premixed as opposed to the packaged mix that you have to beat with a wisk. There should be a great market for such a product, but I don\'t see anything like that in your inventory? Please let me know when you stock such items.
