Customer service is automated and slow. Sometimes, games are not in stock even though they are still for sale on website. Pricing is too expensive on older titles.

I needed this game for a child\'s birthday. This was the best price I found, but I was worried about shipping. I ordered one simultaneously from a big vendor,, just in case. I recieved the game from gamequestdirect.com in TWO days! My order from the big store hadn\'t been shipped yet so I cancelled. I will definitely shop here again.

I was originally sent a message about the order that said it was backordered. That was a surprise since in their game it said the game was available but I was soon then a email that said the game was shipped. So this purchase was good but the price could have been lower.

I ordered a product back on July 1st of this year. It\'s now August 7th, a full 28 business have past with still no delivery. On July 28th, I contacted GamesQuest Direct again and received an updated ETA for delivery. That ETA has now come and gone with still no product in sight. Being charged $7.99 for shipping and handling, I consider a full 28 business days an ample and generous amount of time for a business to deliver a small package to their customer.

I ordered 3 games, two were delivered in two days the other was backordered. I figured the backordered game would be a few weeks as other gaming stores take, but it was delivered in four days. Now that is fast and great service. Thank you gamequest!!!

Item ordered was NOT the item pictured, so I was HIGHLY upset; however, they did have a cheaper price and this was the only place I could find that PICTURED the product I was looking for.... not only that... the product description MATCHED the packaging of the old action replay, but was actually the NEW one where you cannot manipulate any left out codes. I will NEVER EVER do business with this company again.
