The product that I ordered was - indeed - unigue and not to be found in any of the local stores selling cat doors. It was exactly what I wanted. I was informed every step of the way as to the process of the order and the ordering, payment, and delivery was without a hitch and conducted in a very timely manner. I am extremely happy with this dealer and would recommend them without hesitation. And I just love the cat door!

Absolutely the best! The first delivery was lost by UPS, and the folks at Unique, knowing that we needed the product, quickly sent out another one for us. They communicated with us immediately, right through the weekend hours! All along, they kept in contact with us, and UPS, to keep our order straight. Not many businesses out there treat their customers this way anymore. We received the replacement and the product is working great! Almost instantly, we noticed a difference and the product ...

Unique Distributor Pet Odor Eliminator & Stain Remover is absolutely the best product I've ever used. It's the best stain remover I've ever seen and it's environmentally friendly, which makes this product an AA++!

Company misrepresents "free shipping." That is, upon returning an item, I was credited for the item minus the cost of shipping even though the item was supposedly shipped free. In fact, "free shipping" is a gross misrepresentation. What they should say is that shipping is included in the price. They were not responsive to my complaint about this. Given that what they sell is readily available elsewhere, I will certainly not deal with them again.

You might pay just a little more than a cheaper store, but the customer service and pleasure of visiting with these honest and knowledgeable folks is well worth the extra few dollars.
