After reading the posts below, there seems to be a pattern forming with this company's actions, in terms of immediately charging for the products and never delivering them. I also ordered a product from them back in early November, and after numerous emails and calls that are unanswered (and voice mail no longer picks up), I am still at a stage where I have no information about the order and when it will be delivered (if ever). I placed an order on 11/6 and it is now 11/18. I did not received my product so I attempted to call several times (during business hours) and received a voicemail telling me the mailbox was full. I then sent an email and got no response. I was finally able to speak with someone on the phone. Delivery and Customer Service was very poor. Email update and online status of my order came only after numerous attempts to reach Customer Service. Customer Service Rep. "seemed" to have little time and patience to handle my inquiry. I was informed my order shipped on the "4th". Follow-up online status checks showed my order as being "shipped" (no dates, no tracking information, etc). I loved the prices, shipping was quick. What I didn\'t like was I was give an email that was supposed to have a tracking # and info...and it didn\'t work. I called the 800# and got no one...it rang and rang. I called later and got an answering machine...was about to leave my callback info and then it said "mailbox is full...thank you" and hungup. I called again later...got no answer. I got what I ordered promptly...but it\'s nice to have some confirmation and nicer to actually talk to ...

placed an order on line, web page states shipped same day for orders placed before 2:30pm and the next bus day for orders placed after 2:30. I placed an order on Sunday, which should have shipped mon and did not ship until wed.

received shipping confirmation by email after the product was delivered had to sign postal receipt to receive product product was delivered promptly THIS IS A POOR SURVEY FORM. IF YOU DON\'T WANT TO CHECK ANYTHING ON A LINE BUT YOU ACCIDENTALLY DO, YOU CAN\'T UNCHECK IT WITHOUT CHECKING SOMETHING ELSE ON THE LINE. IF YOU FORGET TO CHECK THE "OVERALL" LINE AND HIT "SUBMIT" YOU HAVE TO START OVER.

Email notice for delivery was not sent untill I called to see if the item was shipped. It was shipped 2 days earlier. First customer service rep was good. Second one was not very helpful. I\'ll get a name next time.

I had no idea what was going on when! I called three times and the first two calls, the phone was picked up and hung up immediately. Then the guy told me my order was already shipped. When I finally got the order I found out that was not true. The product sent was an alternative to the product I purchased. The label on the bottle doesn\'t even provide the doctor\'s directions. I will not buy from here again. I will happily pay more somewhere else.
