This company is terrible, our worst experience ever. DO NOT buy from CJHomeandOffice aka One Way Furniture. It took us nearly six weeks to receive an $850 table that was different dimensions than they listed on there website, it almost crashed to the floor when we opened it to extend the broken center leaf, the wood on the side of the table was cracked, one of the cross bars on the chairs was cracked in half, and now the cherry finish on the table top is wearing through to the natural wood ...

Overall I received my bed within a sufficient amount of time, however everytime I called I had to leave a message and I never received a call back. The customer service experience was not good but the quality of the item was what I was looking for. Thanks

After performing a Google search for the product I wanted, CJ Home And Office had one of the best prices. I consulted resellerratings.com and found that they had a good rating, so I placed my order. The unit arrived one day after the estimated arrival date. Although box was somewhat damaged, the contents were intact. I have not received the bar stools I ordered. I received a telephone call six days ago. I was told the fabric I ordered was different that the sample on the web. They told me I would be sent a sample of the fabric to make sure I wanted it, I have not received it. No this is not satisfactory.
