The refurbished tape drive doesnt work on arrival. Customer service doesnt replace the drive under 1 year warranty.

I purchased 2 old Connor tape drives, and was surprised to find the units I was shipped had newer firmware than the units I was replacing. When I ordered the unit, the order taker made a minor mistake, but I was phoned the next day by someone there to correct the information. I e-mailed them back on the earliest day my package could have arrived to get a tracking number, and I got it just as the package arrived.
