It\'s a good quality chair but the design isn\'t as great as I expected. After a couple of hours, my knees hurt and I only weigh 100 lbs. I had to go back and use my old usual office chair and ended up just adjusting the height of the key board.

High-quality product at a reasonable price. Website was easy to use. Ordering was easy. Product shipped and arrived as promised. Packaging was good. Assembly took 3+ hours(including breaks.) Chair is very comfortable and made of durable materials. Assembly was easy but the instructions could have been a lot better. Never needed to contact customer service. Very satisfied!

We\'ve ordered a number of chairs for our office through this company. Customer service worked with me to come up with a creative solution to a special ordering need I had. The products are great and the price per chair is substantially, I mean substantially, less than what we paid for the exact same chair from a local office furniture supplier. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Their website was very easy to use and explore. They had the hard to find chairs for larger people, both tall and very heavy. Price was much better then any other site that offered a similar chair. This was the best quality chair I could find and it was over $150 less then any other competitor. Free shipping and I ordered on a Saturday and had my chair by Thursday. I will recommend this site to anyone looking for chairs for heavyset and tall people, because they know what they are doing and ...

Officechairsonsale.com was good, delivery was fast, I have no complaint about their service. However, the Antique white bookcase I ordered did not meet my expectation. The color doesn\\'t look antique white at all, too yellow to call antique white. The dividing boards that hold the books are actually too short so there are pretty big gaps on each end. Also the bookcase feels flimsy. It\\'s the problem of the product itself, nothing to do with the seller.

The email exchanges with the merchant went smoothly and with good spirits. The product is excellent. Delivery -- although I paid for inhome service and subsequently confirmed it -- was complicated because the trucker didn\\'t bring an extra person to help, and at first didn\\'t know I had paid for the extra service. We did work something out, with the help of a friend, and the heavy item was put in place within half an hour. I recommend this merchant enthusiastically.
