customer service=excellent. they tried to help me make my choice based upon a review of my needs and my previous purchase. They shipped what I purchased immediately and it was delivered prior to date expected.

The machine arrived exactly as described and in a timely manner. I believe it was a good purchase for the price. The complimentary items arrived with it and were a big selling point for me. The only hiccup was that the tracking number did not show up in my confirmation email. Therefore, I had to contact the company in order to track my item. They were a bit disorganized when I called. However, they found my order and were able to help me. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The item was ordered on Sunday and arrived in pristine condition on the very next Friday. I am pleased with the quality of the merchandize ordered.

My only complaint with this merchant is the shipping packaging. I ordered different size binding combs and expected to receive one box containing several smaller boxes of individually boxed combs. Instead what I got was the products in their original lightweight individual boxes just taped together. Taped so much that you could not tell it wasnt just one box but several. Not knowing this, the boxes holding the binding combs were cut apart and combs went everywhere, then I had to chase combs all ...

Price was reasonable. Shipping options were varied. You choose. Delivery was within the parameters spelled out. Purchase was internet typical, (Name, address, etc.) Customer service was not required.

Binding Stuff has very concerned management who are committed to the quality of their customer service. Just recently I had submitted a review of Binding Stuff that was very critical and I gave them a poor rating. I would now like to retract that rating and would like this revised rating to stand in its place. Apparently the delivery problem I experienced was due to the manufacturer of the laminating film, not Binding Stuff. Additionally, one of the partners of the company called me personally ...
