I placed an order in JANUARY and still haven't recieved anything but the run around! First they were backordered.... Then they told me to apply for a refund... That didn't work, either! So here I am, out $150 (By the way, I'm a single Mom of 2 boys which is why I wanted something for protection) and for what? I can't get a response back from these con artists!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS MERCHANT..... Unless you liked to get used and abused and ripped ...

I placed my order for a Mothers Day party and really wanted it right away. I did not pay for expediated shipping but the package arrived 3 days later. It was a great shopping experience and I had my product in time for a great price.

The confirmation email for the order was a bit slow in coming. As a matter of fact, I only received the email after I contacted customer service to make sure that the order was being processed. I sent an email to customer service. The next day, the confirmation email was in my box with the cs response arriving 6 minutes later. I know that things get crazy at the holidays. I would suggest to the management of this company that an automated confirmation be generated at the time of processing. ...

Excellent product. Its nice to be able to create your own t-shirts. We used them for coaches gifts and they worked very well. Only suggestion would be to have the option of printing on other colors of t-shirts. Right now there is only white. Black or Red or Blue t-shirts with white or black or gold lettering might be an nice addition. I also appreciated the fact that the company promptly responded to my email when we had a shipping question.
