My chair arrived with a small portion of the plastic on the base broken. It wasn\'t really visible though and for the price, still a great deal.

Why can\'t all internet business be as well run as Office Chairs Unlimited?!!! I still can\'t get over how quickly customer service responded to a question that I had concerning hard vs. soft castors for the chairs. It seems like I received the merchandise in 2-3 days after I ordered it. considering I\'m (really)cheap and chose the most inexpensive shipping option I thought I\'d be waiting weeks for the chairs to be delivered. I had some problems with the chair that I purchased and they replaced the broken piece immediately without question. Hands down, they have the best customer service I have encountered in a long time and I make frequent online purchases from many vendors.
