I ordered a new screen for my Palm TX. It works fine, but what was not included was the T5 torx screwdriver. Not a big deal, but it would have saved a trip to Microcenter. Also, there was a gasket that was taped on to the old screen that I had to re-use. A new gasket should be included.

I lost a specialized power supply (external brick for a Lacie drive) and only Unity Electronics had a replacement. The price was reasonable and the power supply worked fine when I got it. I really can\\'t ask for anything more.

It was better than most, and certainly better than LaCie. They sent me an order confirmation plus a shipping confirmation. Little thing, but it indicates good service. Well done.

The product was delivered exactly when it was expected and was packed in excellent material. The product was re-furbished, so it had a few surface scratches (which I expected) but was in A-1 mechanical condition. I would recommend Unity Electronics for consumer needs.

I found the exact same-brand new battery through Unity Electronics for $6.00 plus $7.00 shipping. A total of $13.00 for something Alltel priced at $60.00. I will spread the word about the excellent price and level of service I received from Unity.

Even though there was a disclaimer that said the speakers may have scratches or dings on them...i was really hoping it just said that to cover their butts! but mine definitely had quite a few scratches on it! the speakers sound great and the company did nothing wrong, but they are definitely used speakers!

I am quite pleased with the quality of product and speed of shipping. The drive that I bought was a refurb, and the price was actually less than that of refurbs on the manufacturer's website. With purchase, they gave me a free gift: a small holder for various types of flash memory cards. A little hokey, but still kinda cool. I haven't had to use the customer service department, so I can't really comment on that.

Had a difficult to find item that many sites claimed to have in stock. Unity was the only one that actually did have it. Shipped and arrived very quickly!
