I ordered online, gave credit card information. They sent an e-mail saying my card is not valid, after clearify with card company it was ok. I call to make sure they have this in stock they told me it would ship to me the same day. After 3 days I never get any reply for tracking number. I send a mail they ignored my e-mail and never replied. I call to check if they send it, they give me a run around.

I bought the Sony VAIO all-in-one desktop with a 3-year extended service plan from the merchant. I chose this merchant because: 1. Their price (for desktop and service plan) is lower than the one offered by the manufacturer. 2. They have a satisfactory BBB (Better Business Bureau) rating. They sent an e-mail saying computer was not available, and offered instead several other computers which were at once both inferior and more expensive. I noted in my reply that several other stores had the computer I sought, so I wasn't sure why it would be "unavailable" to ACSeStore. I asked for them to sell me a comparable computer for the same price. They ignored my e-mail and never replied.

The ETA was accurate but no tracking number available then. Overall shopping experience is excellent but can be further enhanced if an email regarding shipment tracking number is sent following the shipment of the product.
