Fedex delivered the package to the wrong address. When I contacted customer service they immediately shipped out a replacement. I will definitely buy from them again.

They did not have the entire order in stock when I ordered it. They immediately contacted me by email with an offer to cancel or ship what they had and wait for the backorder. I chose to ship what they had which they did immediately. I am a repeat customer and will remain so.

I bought a dual layer optical drive for my PowerBook G4 for half the price of a standard drive, and it was delivered in a few days properly packaged.

Looking for a replacement G5 Imac drive online, found this source. Price was best on the web, easy to purchase, thought freight quoted was little on the high side. Sent a note to sales dept concerning shipping cost. Received a quick note back and the freight estimate and was credited several dollars on the purchase due to my location. Received product very quickly . Worked as expected. Will buy fro these people again.
