I am so glad I found this merchant. The product I purchased from them is excellent as was the price they offered. I received it very quickly even though it shipped ground. If I needed another piece of equipment like the one I ordered, I would definitely contact them again.

My shopping experience with Chicago Computer Supply was great. I was looking for a particular pc to fit a particular need and found the machine I wanted on their website. I contacted them about the machine only to find that the machine advertised wasn\'t quite what we needed. Todd was great in getting me the machine we needed. He even found a new pc, instead of a refurbished one, that fit our needs at a better price than the refurbished one. He even took care of last minute changes in ...

I was told that they do not take back any software after it has been opened. They also told me that this is the first time amy software sold did not work for the intended purpose. Other than that, I would give them very high marks. I dont think that I should be punished, because their software did not work on my computer.

Finding an online retailer who belongs to the Better Business Bureau is like discovering the lost city of Atlantis, and Chicago Computer fully lived up to the BBB standard. I ordered an outdated edition of a software suite with the understanding that it was a full version, genuine, sealed and unregistered, as advertised on the web site. I bought a replacement IBM thinkpad battery from here. They had the best price I could find, and great service. My product was shipped within a day, and took 2 days to be delivered with regular delivery. Also, I was able to track my shipment easily. Overall very happy with this purchase. Would buy from them again without hesitation.
