I really had a hard time finding the exact frames I wanted and was pleased to locate a store that carried them. The great price and fast delivery were icing on the cake!

I personally believe that 8$ is excessive when the item(s) in question are dropped into a padded mailer. That might just be me, but paying more than the purchase price for items in shipping when things can/are delivered in this manner seems off.

The item, price, quality, fast deliver are all rated excellent if not outstanding. The shipping fee, however, was more than twice as costly as the item itself. I would have been willing to wait longer for delivery in order to reduce the S & H fee.

It was easy to order my item. The company sent emails to let me know about the progress and shipping of my order. It arrived promptly without problems. It seems like a nice, efficient operation. I really couldn\'t ask for more.

Prices are good, shipping is pretty good (a bit expensive). Phone representative was patient and pleasant. Unfortunately, none of the products I\'ve ordered have worked except for the pages themselves. The 3-ring CD binders (for 8 CDs/page) don\'t stay shut while you turn the pages, and they don\'t hold near as many pages as the website claims (only about half the claimed capacity). Similarly, the post-bound CD books do not hold nearly as many pages (when fillled with CDs) as claimed, and the ...

I am happy to have discovered ArchivalUSA.com. They have a nice selection, great prices, and their website is really user-friendly. Buying my mats online was an inexpensive alternative to having my photos professionally framed.
