Received the unit fairly quickly. It did not come with any instructions. Initially I thought the resolution was poor. But I found at a different website that there is a focus adjustment - had I not looked around at the other vendors, I would never have known about the focus. I also found the price to be much less at a different site: 99.99 vs 199.99 but you need to buy an AC adapter - about 15.00. So look around and check prices before you buy.

My order got here really fast compared to other places I shop online. I didn\'t like a few of the products because they weren\'t quite what I thought they were, so I called Customer Service and they were very nice about making sure I was satisfied. It was a great experience overall.

My "Customer Service" rating should be ignored. I didn\\'t have any reason to use customer service so I don\\'t know if the experience would have been good or bad. I expect that is the case for most customers. I suggest making a change to the survey so users aren\\'t forced to rate things which do not apply. Otherwise, the survey results can\\'t be accurate.

Great internet seller!! Good communication, good transaction and fast shipping! In one word : RECOMMANDED !! In addition to this , the product I bought is wonderfull .If you like high tech objects, don't forget the smallest spycam of the world, it is very nice and usefull !! For the french people who are interested by this nice ping pong ball cam, don't forget that the taxes for importation are very expensive(in france of course) ! For my spycam i paid 127$ !!! But that does not prevent you ...
