This was a quick and painless purchase - reasonable pricing and arrived within an acceptable period of time. I did not need a "rush" on the planned replacement of a water filter so the delivery time was more than adequate. I feel that the true test of how good supplier is from the perspective of reviews is when you see how quickly and effectively they handle an issue when something goes wrong: can you talk to someone, did they cure the problem quickly, etc. This was one of those purchases ...

Called and told seller I was in a hurry for cartridges. He promised to ship next day. UPS tracking info. had them arriving 6/11. Called UPS when, on 6/11, they did not arrive. Was told shipper created label when promised, but failed to physically ship until two days AFTER I ordered (contrary to representation), I will not receive filters until 6/15. Would have ordered elsewhere if I\'d been aware of the misrepresentation. If you\'re in a hurry, buy elsewhere!!!!

No mention that filters were out of stock until I inquired. Parts were 3 weeks late. Company was very responsive and gave accurate status of order. Probably would not use again.
