I ordered a replacement battery for my Sony A100 DSLR camera. I tested it right away and the battery did work. The problem is that I could not remove the battery out of the camera. It got stuck! I went to an electronic store for help. We had a hard time getting this battery out. We tested this twice and encountered the same problem. I called customer service, who was in disbelief with the problem I had. He made a pitch that the battery has been thoroughly tested and should work with my ...

Super! Finding what I wanted was easy, the price was good, ordering was simple, and the order arrived promptly and was correct. What more could you want? I did not need customer service, so I would not have rated it, but the stupid yahoo rating program demanded a rating, so I gave it a 3. Ignore that part.

My overall satisfaction with this transaction is excellent because I could not find any battery charger in stores that would charge NiCd batteries. This one does. My only complaint is that it took almost two weeks to get the charger after I placed the order. When I contacted the merchant via E-Mail, the response that I got was that it was delayed due to back-order. It would have been nice if they had sent me an E-Mail as soon as the knew that there was going to be a back-order.

Great battery at a great price but there was not any instructions to refer to for charge times of these larger capicity batteries. Other than that it is a better battery for a less expencive price then the O.E.M. batteries.
