Overall good shopping experience. The website was easy to use and understand. Unfortunately the original item we were looking for was out of stock. But we found another comparable item to purchase. All is good!

I had made a purchase of a button shirt and pants for my son. The office returned my purchase request with an email stating they no longer have the shirt in short sleeve, only long sleeve. I feel I went thru alot of trouble to find what I was looking for online. Finally I found this place and they did not seem to help much in offering me what I had wanted to purchase from their site. They did not even try to satisfy a customer, that says alot about the way their management handles things. NO ...

Some of the items I ordered was out of stock. Did not show it was out of stock on website. Had to send an email to find out what the delay was in shipping my items. Only then did they tell me about my items being out of stock. They shipped my order 2 weeks later. Not even express mail or free shipping after making me wait for my order.
