Great service, competitive pricing and fast free shipping. I ordered a TV stand on 29th Oct and received it on 11th Nov. I noticed that my Credit Card was charged after the item was shipped. I was able to get in touch with customer service without any waits via online chat as well as via phone. The customer representative was helpful and promptly provided me the status of my order along with a tracking number. Subsequently I also got an email of shipping with the tracking number. This is the worst company to deal with. I ordered a dining room table end of August. They put a low priority on it. It is now Oct 27 and they still don't have a ship date. They had given me a ship date but they keep moving it out. No phone number, no supervisor. Nothing. They are the worst customer service.

Exceptional service and quality of furniture. Quick delivery.....I had my items in just a couple of days. My order was actually short by one item, but when I called them about it, it had already been shipped and was at my door two days later. The barstools are beautiful. I will definitely order from them again.

My order arrived in a prompt manner and in fine condition. I would call their price for my purchased item of excellent value and their site as being built for relatively easy navigation. We purchased the Molly Queen Headboard and it attaches fine to the standard queen metal bed frame we already own. (that was my initial concern) I will definitely keep the Furniture Domain as a home furnishings resource. I did not use Customer Service so I could no rate it.

I had a great experience with Furniture Domain. Although the chairs I purchased were backordered the communication was excellent and when I found the chairs at another website for a cheaper price Furniture Domain not only matched, but beat their competitor. The chairs I ordered were beautiful, elegant and rich looking. The picture truly doesn\'t do them justice.

Wow, I have done my research and I made the right choice... Gardner white is $$ and so is art-van... I got the same couch for half the price. Delivery was free and the customer service was outstanding! The couch came defective but It was taken care of ASAP, they really did go out of their way to help me and thats something I cant say allot of "other"companies! This place is amazing you can trust them, great job Marc on helping me with everything!

I was very pleased with the furniture I received. The purchase and shipping process was professional and on time. My only, somewhat negative, comment is that the whole process felt very automated. When I wanted to check the status of my order, I could not find any place on the website to do so. Regardless, I would not hesitate to order from this merchant again and would recommend them to my friends.

The Furniture Domain had the table I wanted at the cheapest price and free shipping to boot. I received my table within 10 days. I am extremely pleased with the table. It fits my needs -perfectly-. Thank you!
