bought macbook adapter mainly for the warranty. Will see how it works out if I need to replace it eventually. Otherwise, arrived as advertised and works well so far.

Disappointed sums up my experience. I bought 2 laptop charger cords to replace two damaged ones I had for two separate laptops. The pictures from their website showed grounded cords (three prongs) yet I received two pronged cords. I emailed the company and even though the company claims to have a quick response I waited several days and never heard back from them. Before ordering the cords I had emailed the merchant because I was unsure what cord I needed for one of my computers, someone ...

My husband I were looking for a replacement power source for our kids\' laptop for a while before I finally decided to go the online route. TopMic had exactly what I needed, they responded promptly to emailed questions, and best of all, they were able to get the power source out to me just in time! You can\'t beat that!

Image shown for the power cord I ordered was different than what I received. I specifically chose this vendor because I thought they were selling the charger I needed with the more durable "L" shaped heads. Instead, I got the standard head. It\'s already beginning to fail, but I can\'t rule out the possibility of this being an operator error and not inherent to TopMic\'s actual merchandise. After I placed my order with TopMic.com and received email verification. I received a second email that let me know one of the items had been sold out, and said they would let me know when it became available. My card was credited back in a reasonable amount of time for the out-of-stock items, and the items they had in stock were sent quickly, as well as an email with tracking information. I was pleased with the service and email contact. I will certainly check with TopMic for future needs.

This is a great company! Their website was easy to navigate to find exactly what I wanted, and because there were two items very similar, they even contacted me to make sure I had ordered the correct adapter for my laptop. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs the electronic accessories they provide. I will definitely order from them again when I need an item they carry.

Shipped the same day I ordered Friday(late Eastern Time). Was in my mailbox Monday. Came all the way across the country in less than one business day. The product was exactly as stated. Best price I could find anywhere. Perfect rating for this company. They earned it.
