Image shown for the power cord I ordered was different than what I received. I specifically chose this vendor because I thought they were selling the charger I needed with the more durable "L" shaped heads. Instead, I got the standard head. It\'s already beginning to fail, but I can\'t rule out the possibility of this being an operator error and not inherent to TopMic\'s actual merchandise. After I placed my order with TopMic.com and received email verification. I received a second email that let me know one of the items had been sold out, and said they would let me know when it became available. My card was credited back in a reasonable amount of time for the out-of-stock items, and the items they had in stock were sent quickly, as well as an email with tracking information. I was pleased with the service and email contact. I will certainly check with TopMic for future needs.

This is a great company! Their website was easy to navigate to find exactly what I wanted, and because there were two items very similar, they even contacted me to make sure I had ordered the correct adapter for my laptop. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs the electronic accessories they provide. I will definitely order from them again when I need an item they carry.

Shipped the same day I ordered Friday(late Eastern Time). Was in my mailbox Monday. Came all the way across the country in less than one business day. The product was exactly as stated. Best price I could find anywhere. Perfect rating for this company. They earned it.

Merchant excellent to deal with. Item itself heats up rather quickly for a charger so I do not keep the charger on a table for fear of burn marks (yes it gets that hot) and sometimes my computer will not boot up until the charger is removed as it says it is not a dell charger. However, it is compatible with my computer according to TopMic and it works.

I bought an AC adapter for a MAC PowerBook G4 from Top.Mic.com. The price was consistent with or better than prices for similar items from other online vendors. It took longer to arrive than I expected (by about three days) but it is possible I didn\'t read the timing of the shipment properly. Regardless, the item arrived by first class mail, in a well-padded shipping envelope, and both I and my laptop are very happy. The item received was not exactly what was ordered - they substituted a different model number without advising in advance and giving me the option to take it or not. I could have gotten the model they shipped at a different store for a better price. However, the item worked fine and the no shipping costs was good. I am satisfied overall.

I was very pleased with this product. It was delivered quickly, arrived exactly as described. It worked perfectly, and seams to be much more rugged than the OEM part.
