They have a pretty good website with helpful information. Their price is really good for the quality. Took more that two weeks to get it. It took about 10 days before they shipped it. That is my main negative.

Exceptional customer service unlike I've ever seen. They emailed me and told me the length of cable I ordered wasn't available at the time and weren't sure when it would be, so they upgraded me to a longer version at no additional charge. Now that's service that will definitely be bringing me back to this store when I need these types of products again.
