The price was good and I received my purchase in about 2 weeks. Seemed like that was a little long to wait, but all in all I was very pleased. I will definitely use this company again.

I have never known any online vendor not to take returns. There was nothing written in bold that warned me that I could not buy any liquid items, since, according to California laws they cannot take returns! How is a customer supposed to know that when you are buying something online as to where the online company is based??? I was told that I should contact the maufacturer of the product directly and did not provide me with any information on the manufacturer! Very disappointing expereince, ...

This company has provided a very prompt delivery that they shipped the product in the same day I ordered it. After experienced a nonsensical and irritating 2.5 month-waiting period from Amazon for ordering the same item, I truly appreciated Fasham Beauty's speedy service. I guess it's time for us consumer to value more small businesses like fashambeauty

Placed an order on April 10 and immediately received a confirmation. After a week, I checked their website to see when my order was shipped and discovered that they had cancelled my order and had not notified me. When I called customer service, I was advised that the item was out of stock. I then requested to speak to the manager and found out that the item was in stock, but the price had now doubled. The item was relatively inexpensive, so the difference was only about $7.00 - but worth ...

Purchased 34 oz. of Kerastase commercial size shampoo. This is an expensive shampoo. The bottle looked a bit low inside, so I pulled out a large Pyrex and measured the contents, making sure I completely emptied out the bottle. The bottle had 32 oz., not the 34 oz. stated on the bottle. Is this a fluke or a practice to save money and be more profitable? I hope they make this right.

I wanted to return this item because the description was misleading. But the 25% restocking fee made me change my mind. Be sure you know what you are ordering.
