One of the colors I ordered was backordered and I was able to call customer care and change my order quickly. They were very helpful and I received my underwear fast. Best of all the standard ground shipping was free! Great value and I would gladly shop there again!

I can't get through to them by phone due to my job, and they simply ignore my e-mails when I have a genuine problem that they seem to be incapable of handling. I've been waiting for an out-of-stock item for several months now. It's a shame the item isn't available through other sites.

Even though I had to make 2 phone calls on 2 separate orders, the experience was great. 1st order had 1 item was back ordered due to manufaturer issues. Changed colors and they sent it right out. 2nd order was delayed a couple of days due to a computer glitch. I called and they shipped them that day. Great customer service. I researched several online underwear stores before choosing Freshpair.com. Will continue shopping there and recommend to ...

Took about 4 weeks for delivery of an instock item. Plus, the 5 pair of Tommy Hilgier boxer briefs I ordered was split into two separate shipments even though I received a single notification of the shipment of all of them.
