Great Experience. Their Price was consistent with other vendors but with the bonus of shipping included. That gave them the edge. The Polycom is great!

I placed and order for two phones and they never showed up. When I called 10 days later they acted like I never placed the order. They told me they would check on my order and call me back. They never called back. Do NOT use them if you actually expect to buy something.

I placed two separate orders for BizTouch 3 phones through store.adcommtech.com. None of the orders were received after two weeks so I called 888-883-4TEL (4835). They said they would check into it and call me back. They never called me back. I am calling my credit card company today to dispute the charges (if any). While the prices look good, don't expect to actually receive any product.

Googled the hand set I needed, their link had free ground shipping, I get confirmation and I'm charged $8 because on a another page somewhere on the website they say they have orders under $25 no free shipping . What the heck ?? Called them, unresponsive and even shipping wrong color handset. These guys are so bad I wont even call back and a RMA # and return my wrong color handset, instead I decided, to warn all of you. Also will be posting this ...

When I said "no" it was not my problem that they made a mistake, and that they needed to honor the price, the guy got all pissed off and rude. He then called back to say he was wrong that this was not a new item, it was used and that I could still have it for $150 for a used one. After the first call I said, "no" again.
