This was the worst experience. First of all they sent me the wrong cartridges. Kept telling me it was a universal fit. At last when I got the right cartridges (which took about a month). The black cartridge did not give out any ink. Even after cleaning my print heads for about two hours wasting my color all that time. I'm not ever going to buy from this site again. All those good reviews must be made up...

It has saved many ways of order ink for printer instead of paying 70.00 for 4 inkers for my epson printer. They work just fine.

I ordered the ink set for my Epson Stylus RX580, installed the cyan color, printer keeps saying "ink cartridge cannot be recognized". I couldn\'t find the phone number to call for customer service from the website, so I sent an email to the info address... it said within 12 hours someone will call me... but it\'s 1 day already, nobody call yet... Well, I just wrote a fax, luckily I found the fax number, so, just sent it in to see if anyone will contact me... I am a little frustrated now...

I received my order of ink cartridges quickly. One cartridge stopped working after a page or two of light printing. I emailed einktech and they sent out a new cartridge free of charge right away. That fixed the problem and I was good to go. The colors are vivid and true. I am very please with the product and service. I would recommend them to friends.

I gave the wrong shipping address and they went out of there way to make sure I recieved the product. For now on I will only use them for my ink purchases.
