I had a great experience with Inkgrabber. I placed an order for some HP remanufactured ink cartridges. I was skeptical about ordering refurbished items at first but I reassured by customer service that they would function the same as the regular HP brand. My order was delivered to my home within 3 days. The cartridges work great and I will be ordering with them again. Excellent product and exceptional customer service.

I placed my order on April 3. On April 6, I get an email stating that one of my items is on backorder and will be in stock in a few days. I emailed back expressing the fact that I could not even use my printer because I was waiting for ink. I was assured that it would only be a couple days. On the 13th I get the SAME email as on the 6th, telling me my item is on backorder. I emailed them back telling them that I was told a whole week ago that it would only be a couple more days. I ...

I found the prices here very competetive, the remanufactured cartridges are very good quality, shipping and delivery very speedy (3 days).
