I bought the Panasonic Commercial Vacuum MC-V5210 for my wife\'s birthday. (what a sentimental guy) and she goes on to explain that it\'s not the vacuum that was the gift, it was all the hours of research that I invested that was the gift. VCD had the best price, shipped promptly, kept me informed via email about the delivery, which was just exactly when they predicted...two days before her birthday. While their prices are competitive, I was able to find a lower price AFTER my purchase. Two or three days after. I asked for a refund of the difference by email. I got no reply and eventually sent the email a couple of more times. By the time they replied, the competitor had raised their price by 5% which was still lower by 20-30 dollars. The reply was short and to the point restating that they have no price match policy with their competitors. The email was signed with the company name instead ...

I HAD NOT ONE WRINKLE IN ORDERING THIS VACUUM FROM VCDISCOUNTER. IN FACT, I FORGOT TO ORDER BAGS AND CALLED TO ASK IF THEY COULD ADD THEM TO MY ORDER THAT WAS SHIPPING THE NEXT DAY. I SPOKE WITH SHAWN (?) AND HE WAS ON THE BALL AND THE BAGS CAME WITH THE VACUUM, SHIPPED IN A FLASH! I WOULD SHOP WITH THIS VENDOR AGAIN. P.S. THE VACUUM WORKS GREAT.. My biggest complaint with this company is they did not communicate to me that the product I ordered was not available before I placed the order. I received an email message a couple of days later informing me that the product was back ordered and would not be available for several weeks and they gave me the option to cancel the order. To their credit, I received another email message about a week later offering me a substitute product at a reduce price. I have not taken advantage of ...

We ordered our Bissell Lift-Off Deluxe on a Sunday evening, at a price much lower than found in retail stores, and received it Tuesday afternoon! Excellent product, price and shipping. Would order from VCD again.Very pleased.
