Easy ordering, large selection, items not on hand or special orders not a problem for them. Total cost, including shipping, was less expensive than shopping locally in a brick and mortar store and this site carries more supplies. I would definitely shop again.

I ordered yarn after-hours on Thursday and received it on Monday. Couldn\'t have been faster. Excellent communication about order. Only online source I found with a reasonable shipping cost for two cards of yarn.

Doing business with this merchant is one of the most outstanding experiences that I've had with customer service in a long time. I received confirmation within half an hour of placing the order that it was ready to ship...and we aren't talking about an automatically generated message. No, it was a friendly, REAL email from a vendor who expressed appreciation for my business. When I received my package, the box had been beaten up pretty badly by the USPS. This is one of the first purchases I have ever made over the internet and I was very pleased with the service and the merchandise. Even though the items were shipped from the US to Canada, I still saved a lot of time and money in shopping this way rather than going downtown Toronto and having to pay gas, parking etc.. I'm still waiting for only a small part of my order but the merchant did notify me by email that they would send it without charging postage. The merchant has been consistent about their service and they have carry quality items.
