I\'ve been lucky to have never had a bad shopping experience on-line, but this one so far has been poor. My order was placed on 9/27/09 and I have yet to receive my merchandise. Initially I was told the order would ship in 4-6 business days, but I was contacted the next business day via email saying the item had shipped. I ordered two cedar cat houses and pads. I received an immediate confirmation and an email from the seller verifying that I did, in fact, want two. I appreciated this extra step. The houses arrived quickly and were easy to assemble. I coaxed my outdoor cats into them with little trouble. Last night was cold and this morning two happy cats poked their heads out of the round doorways.

I ordered my cat tree on Oct. 2nd and absolutley loved the many choices and low prices they had to offer. Placing my order was so easy and painless. I was expected to receive my item on the 10th of Oct and never ended up getting it. It is now the 16th and still no order. I had to contact the seller for information and was told the shipping company lost my item and they would send a new one the next day. This is a great cat tree! There is nothing like it at this price. Delivery was FAST and it was simple to put together. My two kittens are totally in love with their new cat tree.

Maybe it was because I was eager to receive it, but it really felt like it took a long time to receive. Ordered on 9/24/08 - I finally received it on October 8th. Not a big deal, I was just excited to get it and it felt like a long shipping time for what we paid to ship it. It was VERY easy to put together. My only problem with the furniture was the one side of the wood on the cat hammock was broken into two pieces. I didn't think it was a big deal since my cats won't go there anyway. I suppose if I ever get a kitten again that the kitten will lay in the hammock. But that is neither here nor there.
