I ordered a Uke for my sister\'s birthday -- the day after she had it and attempted to tune it, the bridge of the ukelele broke. No, she was not tightening it too much because the string wasn\'t very tight at all. it just snapped off. Quality isn\'t very good at all for the price. They did ship quite quickly though which was good. I recommend not getting a uke from this place.

Unfortunately, we had to throw out two pineapples since they ripen quickier than we could eat the half dozen - less than a week I would suggest sending 1/2 the package with pineapples that are not quite ripe so we can enjoy all of them. The ones we had were delicious but to pay $73 and throw out two is ridiculous and not fair to the consumer. thank you

Problem with original order not being processed and my item did not get to me on time. However the customer service after this problem was very good and they have refunded me the cost of shipping as it did not meet the required time. The item ordered was good and if the order was processed at the correct time I have no doubt I would have had it in time. I am happy to say they really went out of their way to try and rectify the issue, and kept up with email and phone contact every step of the ...

I had ordered some jewlery to go with a hawaiian dress for my daughter and husbands Luau birthday party. When I first recieved the jewlery I liked it a lot but I had a problem with the toe ring. I let customer service know and they sent me another item to replace the toe ring asap; and free shipping. I paid almost $25 for 1-2 day shipping yet apparently that actually means when they decide to ship it... It was a week later.
