Great selection, prices, customer service, etc. I ordered multiple shipments from them for my bathroom remodel project - faucets, toilets, tub, other hardware/fixtures - and was completely satisfied with everything. Some orders were delivered promptly. Some items were on backorder, but I was informed about the status and didn't have any complaints. I ordered a Kohler kitchen faucet Monday morning from FaucetDirect. Since my order was over $100, they offered free ground shipping. I did not need the faucet for about two weeks, so I decided to save the additional money for faster delivery. I was shocked when they emailed me to say that my faucet was enroute that afternoon. By 10:00AM Wednesday, FedEx delivered my faucet...less that 48 hours after I placed my order. I would HIGHLY recommend dealing with this company. Their prices are very ...

I like the service I got from Faucetdirect. I ordered a Kohler ktichen faucet and it came in 2 days. The product shipped the same day which was key for me since I had plumbers waiting for a product to install. I would use this company in the future. PS i also noticed that they sell lighitng, i have another project coming soon, so I'll be sure to check them out.
