I ordered a product from them and I never recieved it. They have the worst customer service ever. They dont reply to e-mails and when they do they only leave you with more questions. They dont have a phone number either so there is no way to contact them. Just use the prices on their website to get price matched else where.

dj deals has no customer service department. if anything goes wrong with your order they will treat it as your fault. i am currently in a credit card dispute with them. they will not return any e-mails and have blocked my server so i cannot even pull up their site. do youself a favor and deal with someone you can actually talk to. zzounds was more than happy to do buisness with me.

Be careful with these guys, they took a payment on order, then never shipped the merchandise and made me wait a year before they finally coughed up a refund. They won't take calls so everything's email broken promises and takes forever. Shop ANYWHERE else but these people, they don't tell the truth.

A heads-up to anyone who doesn't read fine-print: DJDeals will not answer the phone if you need help- only e-mail. They can refuse a return for any or no reason. Even If they make a mistake and overcharge you, they reserve the right to deny you the refund of the difference. It's all right there in their policy page. Proceed with caution so that you don't have the experience that I did.
