I bought a battery for my cordless phone on 10/15. They sent me the wrong battery number. I called them. They said to return the battery for refund. And asked me to place a second order for the correct battery. Luckily I decided against placing a second order. I sent the battery back as advised by them as "return to sender". However it is now 12/16, and my account has not been credited with a refund.

Terrible customer service. It seems to me, based on my experience, that they provide misleading information just to get your money. Battery doesn't fit what they claim it does. Based on information on their website, I ordered a battery for my camcorder. It arrived -- 3 days after promised -- and it didn't even work with my camcorder. My camcorder wasn't even listed on the battery package. I contacted them, from my experience their information was false and misleading, yet they refused to provide ...

eBatts is great. I had never heard of them but they had the best price for a computer battery I needed. They shipped it the same day I ordered it and sent me email with tracking information. The item arrived within a few days. Highly recommended!
